Overview:

Our pocket hole grooving and boring machine is ideal for making frames in kitchen, furniture and similar industries. The loading hopper magazine holds 25 pieces of 3/4″ thick material. This machine operates automatically by feeding, stopping, clamping, grooving and boring the material in one continuous operation.

  • Fast setup for grooving and boring with precision mechanical indicators to the accuracy of 1/10 mm.
  • 4 high frequency router heads with drilling
  • Closes to a minimum of 7″
  • Opens to a maximum of 48″ or longer upon request
  • Minimum width 1½”
  • Maximum width 6″
  • One or two grooves per side can be selected
  • Other sizes available upon request
  • High-frequency motors with ½” collets, adjustable from 12,000-18,000 rpm with electronic inverter
